What is the return window?
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return.

What items can be returned?
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original unopened packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. If the item arrived with a clear quality defect or was damaged in transit, this condition requirement does not apply—just let us know, and we will handle the problem for you.

How to start a return
Simply email us at info@rhodoeuiskiin.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our support team will respond within one business day with a prepaid return shipping label and easy instructions.

Return shipping cost
We cover the cost. Returns are completely free for all U.S. orders. There are no restocking fees, ever.

When will I get my refund?
Once your return package is received and inspected at our facility, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. After processing, it typically takes an additional 7–10 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email notification as soon as the refund is initiated.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, simply return your original purchase for a full refund and place a new order on our website.
