Order Processing
We know you’re excited to receive your products. All orders placed on rhodoeuiskiin.com are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses through our carrier partners.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, you can expect delivery within 3–5 business days. We work with a selection of trusted national carriers—most commonly USPS, UPS, and FedEx—and select the optimal service for your location at no extra charge to you.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is always free. There are no minimum order requirements and no surprise fees at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
A shipping confirmation containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page will be sent to the email address you provided. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days, reach out to us immediately.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Rhodoeuiskiin is responsible for your order until it is marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date, and we will make it right at no cost to you.
